Make sure students register before the day of class!

Share the registration links included in your confirmation email with all students.

Let them know that they can find registration instructions and other things they’ll need to do before class on our Get Ready Page.
Customer Communications Hub

The Customer Communication Hub (CCH) is a private QuickSight Dashboard that displays class roster information, student survey responses, and billing information for your organizations private instructor led trainings.

As your organizations private training point of contact, you will be able to self-serve and access this important class information without relying on AWS employees to provide an update. Class information included in this dashboard is updated every 24 hours

Class Size Changes?

You may request an increase or decrease in Student count for any Purchased Class up to a maximum of 25 Students and a minimum of 10 students by emailing your support team at least two (2) business days prior to the start date of the class, and providing the AWS Training Class name, start date, location, and requested number of Students.
